It begins with an introduction to software layout, explaining the differences between voice, music, sound effects, filters, and mono vs. stereo. Key recording techniques are covered, including how to save and export files. The second section focuses on noise reduction and compression, teaching how to distinguish between silence and noise reduction and how to enhance VO with crispness. The course then moves to editing techniques like removing unwanted portions and applying echo, followed by equalization techniques using different graphic equalizer bands. Advanced editing includes pitch correction, time and speed adjustments, and quick editing methods. The course ends with professional techniques, such as creating and applying custom presets and mixing with reverb, preparing students for real-world podcast or studio editing scenarios.
