Portal FAQs
1. How can I access the eHunar Learning Portal?
To access your LMS, click the menu button in the navigation bar and select the login button to access your account. Enter the email and password you created during the application signup , and your portal will be logged in. You will see a list of all your enrolled courses in the LMS.
2. What should I do if I’m a new user and haven’t taken admission yet?
If you are a new user and haven't taken admission, click on the "Apply Now" button on the portal. This will take you to the main website ehunar.org, where you can register as a new student.
3. How do I log in to the eHunar portal if I’ve already taken admission?
If you have already taken admission, click on the "Login" button on the portal. Enter your email and password provided by eHunar, and then submit.
4. What should I do if I face login issues?
If you face login issues, you can reset your password by clicking the "Reset" button on the login page. An email with a reset password link ll be sent to your email address, click on the link & change password.
5. What courses am I enrolled in, and how can I view them?
Once logged in, go to the Dashboard tab, where you will see a list of courses in which you are enrolled.
6. How can I enroll in new courses?
To enroll in new courses, go to the "All Programs" tab, select your desired course, and click "Enroll." You can pay the processing fee via debit/credit card.
7. What payment options are available if I don't have a bank card?
If you don't have a bank card, you can use the NayaPay or SadaPay apps to make card payments. Download the app, set up your account, and use the card provided by these services to make your payment.
8. Can I take multiple courses in bundle form ?
Yes, you can enroll in multiple courses at once by subscribing to our bundle packages. In the "Bundle Courses" tab, you can choose a bundle and pay membership charges to access all courses in the bundle.
9. Will I get certificates for all the courses in a bundle?
Yes, for each course within a bundle that you complete, you will receive a certificate.
10. How do I start my learning in a course?
To start your learning, go to the Dashboard, select the course, and click on the "Start Lesson" button. This will open the Learning Panel, where you can begin watching lectures and lessons.
11. How do I track my progress in a course?
After completing each lecture, click the "Complete & Continue" button at the bottom of the page to mark your progress and unlock the next lecture.
12. What happens if the next lecture isn’t available yet?
Instructors release new lectures every three days. If you’ve completed all available lectures, the next ones will be unlocked on the mentioned release date. Until then, you can review and practice the previous lectures.
13. Can I get all the lessons unlocked at once if I’ve already taken the course?
No, the lessons are released systematically for all students, both new and old. You’ll need to wait for the next lessons to be uploaded according to the schedule.
14. What if I have questions about a lecture?
If you have questions about a lecture, you can ask them in the chatbox below the lecture video. Make sure your question is related to the course content.
15. Can I ask non-course-related questions in the course chatbox?
No, the course chatbox is meant only for course-related queries. For admission-related questions or other issues, please visit the main website ehunar.org.
16. What happens after I complete a course?
After completing a course, you will receive an e-certificate, which you can download from the portal. If you would like a hard copy of the certificate, you can request it through the main website.
17. How can I request a hard copy of my eHunar certificate?
To request a hard copy of your certificate, visit ehunar.org and click on "Request for Certificate Hard Copy" from the menu. Follow the process, and upon approval, your certificate will be delivered to your address.
18. Who should I contact if I face any issues using the portal?
If you face any issues using the portal, you can contact the eHunar helpline [email protected] for assistance.
19. How does the lesson tracking system work?
Each lesson must be completed fully. After watching a lesson, click the "Complete & Continue" button to mark it as finished. This will unlock the next lesson. Lessons will not unlock unless you click this button.
20. What should I do if I face issues with my lessons being unlocked?
Ensure you have clicked the "Complete & Continue" button after finishing a lesson. If you still face issues, contact the helpline for support.
21. How frequently are new lessons uploaded?
New lessons are uploaded every three days for all enrolled students. You will see the availability date of the upcoming lessons in the course menu.
22: How does the progress tracking system work?
Your progress will be automatically marked once you have watched a video completely. Our system tracks how much of each video you watch, which contributes to your final result marks. As you complete the current video lecture, click "complete & continue" button and the next lesson will be unlocked.
23. Do I need to take a final exam to get the course certificate?
Yes, at the end of the course, you will need to attempt a final exam consisting of 50 questions. You must score a minimum of 50% to be eligible for the certificate.
24: How can I apply for an officially endorsed certificate?
Students can apply for an officially endorsed stamped hard copy of the eHunar Certificate at the main website www.ehunar.org.
25: How do I contact my course instructor if I have queries?
Go to your course, and you will see the "Ask Question" section under the lecture video. Submit your query there. Your query will be reviewed by our team, and if it is a valid question, it will be approved, and our team will respond to it. All students will be able to see the questions and their answers for a specific video lecture. You can also search for your question to see if it has already been answered; if not, then you can ask it.
